Immigrant and Refugee Community Meeting, June 14

Supervisor Nate Miley will be hosting an Immigrant and Refugee Community Meeting on June 14, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., at REACH Ashland Youth Center. The purpose of this meeting is to inform the immigrant and refugee community of their legal rights and allow participants to consult with immigration attorneys on specific legal matters. The meeting will be held in Spanish with English translation. Light refreshments will be provided.

The Board of Supervisors has designated Alameda County a “Welcoming County” that upholds all members of the community. Please join us on June 14 for an informative and interactive discussion. Parking is available in the lot behind REACH and on the street.

Flyers for the event are available in English and Spanish.

Please register by June 9 to Angelica Gums at Angelica.Gums@acgov.org or 510-272-3691.
