BALLOT COUNT MEETING
The Ballot Counting Meeting for the election of one (1) member to the Board will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at the Community Hall located at 377 Paseo Grande, San Lorenzo, California 94580.
CASTING OF BALLOTS
Not less than thirty (30) days after this Notice, the Association shall distribute ballots to all Members pursuant to Civil Code section 5115 and the Association’s Election Rules. Completed ballots must be returned to the Inspector of Elections via the following method:

The ballots will be mailed out to the homeowners on January 5, 2026. Mailed ballots must be received in the Inspectorof Election’s Post Box no later than 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, in order to be counted.
Hand-Delivery: Completed ballots can be dropped at the SLVHA Office during normal working hours and placed in the locked Ballot Box for the Inspector of Elections no later than 10:00 a.m. on February 5, 2026. Alternatively, members can hand deliver ballots directly to the Inspector of Elections between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 10:00 am. on February 5, 2026, at the Association Hall.
ANNUAL MEETING
The 2026 Annual Meeting of the San Lorenzo Village Homeowners Association will take place on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at the Association Hall located at 377 Paseo Grande, San Lorenzo, CA 94580. Registration will begin at 7:00 p.m., and the meeting will be called to order promptly at 7:15 p.m.
