This web site has been established for the convenience of the property owners and their guests. Within, you will find many useful links as well as important updates and information about our community.
San Lorenzo Village is a community of over 5,600 homes, with most of the homes developed in the late 1940’s and 1950’s. It is managed by the San Lorenzo Village Homes Association. More than forty sets of interrelated and nearly identical Covenants were recorded. While the Covenants continue to be binding in many respects, others have been preempted by changes in the law. Changes in the law include, for example, the provisions of the California Common Interest Development Act which starts at Civil Code Section 1350. In addition to the Governing Documents, the Association publishes an official newsletter which provides Owners with information on major policies, procedures and community activities. Owners are encouraged to review the official bi-monthly newsletter (both historical and current) to more clearly understand Association operations and community issues within San Lorenzo.
