The Board of Directors has reviewed the draft budget and will formally adopt the Association’s budget for the 2025-2026 fiscal year, which begins on July 1, 2025, during the regular open session meeting on April 17. A copy of the draft budget was included in the March-April edition of the Village Briefs for homeowners to review.
Residents are reminded that they have until April 17, before the meeting, to submit any comments or questions regarding the final budget. We encourage all members to review the budget and reach out to the Association with any concerns prior to the formal adoption.
