Roadway slurry seal work will be conducted in our neighborhood from Wednesday, August 27, 2025, through Friday, August 29, 2025. This work will affect parking and street access on the following days and locations:
- Wednesday, August 27 – Via Palma, Via Nube, Via Harriet, Via Karl, Via Susana, Via Dolorosa
- Thursday, August 28 – Via Milos, Via La Jolla, Via Estrella, Via Natal
- Friday, August 29 – Via Catherine, Via Buena Vista
Work will begin each day at 7:00 AM. All vehicles must be removed from the affected streets before this time. Access to driveways will be restricted until the slurry has fully dried, which may take several hours. Residents are encouraged to plan ahead for alternate parking and routes on their scheduled work day.
