The 2027 assessments will be due in January. Billing statements will be mailed out in December. We do not accept cash. We accept checks or credit card. Also, to make payments online or set up autopay go to https://propertypay.firstcitizens.com. You will need your account number (5-digit, found on your statement) , management ID (3551), and association ID (SLVH).
